A new program of concessional lending "Affordable Mortgage" was announced by the Minister of Finance Marchenko. It is reported that under the program it will be possible to purchase housing up to 52 sq. m at 5-7% per annum and the first installment below 20%. Loan term - 60-240 months with a loan of up to 2 million hryvnia. The Ministry of Finance also offers an alternative to mortgages - financial leasing for up to 20 years with an interest rate of about 5% per annum and without paying the first installment.
