Futuristic architecture, and an exciting contrast between white lines and panoramic windows is what makes White Lines stand out. Three white towers will be united by a common stylobate part with a large shopping center inside. The shopping and residential areas will be delimited, so the buyers of the shopping center will not create any discomfort for the residents of the complex. The project was developed by the ARCHIMATIKA architectural studio. Within this project, architects addressed three key tasks: renovation of the territory – the site of the complex was once an old film-printing factory; creation of a multifunctional complex – that’s what the shopping center is responsible for; and responding to an architectural challenge – thanks to its style, White Lines will become the symbol of the area. The project was already shortlisted by the World Architecture Festival.
Construction technology
The complex will consist of three 24-floor buildings united by a stylobate. The buildings will be erected using monolithic frame technology. The walls will be made of bricks, and mineral wool will be used for insulation. The complex will have autonomous heating with thermostats in each apartment.
Key features
There will be 566 apartments in White Lines with more than 50 types of layouts. In addition to standard apartments, the complex will have terraced and duplex apartments.
Air conditioners will be hidden behind the white lines of the facade, so that air conditioning units will not affect the appearance of the complex. The number of underground parking lots will exceed the number of apartments.
The White Lines area will be closed and guarded.

Internal infrastructure
The object's own infrastructure will be represented by a shopping and entertainment center located on the territory with shops, restaurants, a Silpo supermarket, a fitness club and a Multiplex cinema. Offices will be located on the ground floors of the towers. A cozy kindergarten will be equipped for children and a small playground will be allocated on the roof. There will also be a kindergarten in the stylobate part of the complex with its playground overlooking park area on the stylobate’s roof. There will also be a sports complex with a swimming pool that could be accessed by an elevator.
Goloseevskaya netro station (blue line) – 5 minutes by car, 1 minute on foot, Demeevskaya metro station (blue line) – 5 minutes by car, 13 minutes on foot, Vasilkovskaya metro starion (blue line) – 5 minutes by car, 19 minutes on foot.
