Kiev took 87th place in The World's Best Cities rating by Resonance. This is 52 notches higher than last year. Kuwait (86) and Hannover (88) became Kiev's neighbors in the rating. The authors of the rating described the capital of Ukraine as an architecturally gifted, friendly and creative city, calling Kiev a living encyclopedia of Slavic history. The three best cities in the world have not changed - this is again London, New York and Paris.
